Srileela was born on June 14, 2001, in a Telugu family in Detroit, Michigan, USA. Although she was born in the United States, she was raised in Bangalore, India. Her ancestral home is in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. Her mother, Swarnalata, is a gynecologist and her father, industrialist Surpaneni Subhakar Rao, is a resident. She was born after her parents divorced. She did her formal education in Bangalore and dreamed of becoming a doctor like her mother. With that in mind, she started studying for MBBS, and as of 2021, she was in her final year of MBBS. She has a deep affection for children. In 2022, she visited an orphanage and adopted two disabled children, Guru and Shobhita. According to reports, Srileela, who has worked in 18 films, has an estimated net worth of Rs 15 crore.
